During the summer of 1999, I went on a road-trip throughout northern California. I covered Lake Tahoe, Lassen Volcanic National Park, Mount Shasta, Crater Lake (Oregon) and the northern California coast. About two days before I left on this trip, my H1B Visa transfer approval arrived allowing me to leave Technology House and join Mediamatics, Inc., a supplier of DVD software and hardware solutions.
